What is sleep training?
Sleep training is creating a routine so your child can easily understand how to fall and stay asleep.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
It’s important simply because sleep plays a major role in your baby’s development. Getting the right amount of sleep significantly lowers a child’s chance of becoming obese, being hyperactive and is also proven to increase their IQ.
Your baby is developing so rapidly (especially the first few years) that their brain and body need to get enough sleep to function properly.
