Smoothie bowls are the perfect healthy breakfast that tastes like a treat but is healthy and filled with protein! It takes less than 5 minutes to whip up and is so versatile you can top with anything from chocolate chips and raspberries to walnuts and hemp hearts.

  1. Toss blueberries, strawberries, protein powder, almond milk and spinach in blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds.
  2. You will have a thick, creamy base. Pour into bowl.
  3. Add all your favourite toppings. We use vegan chocolate chips, pecans, fresh raspberries, coconut whip and flax seed powder.
  4. Dig in!

We freeze the spinach in individual bags so we always have some on hand.

Can substitute almond milk for any plant based milk of your choice.
