BANANA LIFE HACK:
If you’re anything like me and don’t always plan ahead, I feel obligated to change your life and show you how to easily ripen bananas so you can make this anytime (even if you don’t have over-ripe bananas on hand).
Line your bananas on a baking sheet with the peel on. Bake at 325 F for 25-30 minutes until your bananas are soft to the touch and dark brown on the outside.
I highly recommend placing the bananas under tin foil since they will slightly leak and we are all about easy clean up.
It’s that easy. Now you can whip up as many batches as you want! This banana loaf freezes well so I usually make a double batch and save one for later.
It makes life easy to always have one pre-sliced in the freezer for the days we are limited on time. If I don’t freeze it right away, it doesn’t last in my household. My toddler could barely wait for me to snap a photo before digging in!
